A cash and medicines valued at $15,000 were donated to Catanduanes Medical Mission sponsored by Catanduanes International with the effort of Miss Philippine Hearts 2008, Shazia Khan. Donated wheel chair, walker, mattress, and other medical supplies to Calapan Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital valued at $2,000. Awarded Miss Teen Philippines USA 2008 a scholarship grant, round trip ticket and a project of her own valued at $3,000. Donated and contributed worth $800 to "Project Tulong" through Friends Indeed USA, a project of the Philippine Consulate in collaboration with the Filipino organizations in the Eastern Region.
